Recreational Program

This recreational program is designed for beginner girls ages 5 years and older, based on the USA Rhythmic Gymnastics Recreational Program Guidelines. First time gymnasts usually start with the Monday 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM class, and add the Friday class as their interest increases.
