Parent Teacher Organization -- Pizza on Friday

Orders for the first session of pizza lunch on Fridays for this school year are now being accepted. This session will run from October 8, 2004 through February 11, 2005. This session will include the following Fridays: 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 11//12, 11/19, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17, 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18. There will be no pizza served on Halloween October 29, 2004.

Students in grades 1 through 5 can order pizza for this session at a cost of $19.00 for one slice, or #39.00 for two slices. We strongly urge everyone who may want pizza to order in advance, because while we try to have extra slices available to sell, we cannot always guarantee that there will be enough. The cost for one slice of pizza will be $1.25.

Please make sure your child has a beverage on pizza days since one will not be provided. Also please let your child know that you have ordered pizza and that even if your child's name is not on our list, he or she will be given pizza. If you have any problems with your order, please contact Liz Molinari.

Submit one order form for each child. Place the student's name, class, teacher and the number of slices on the form below. Place the words "PIZZA" on the envelope. You may use one envelope and one check for the entire family. Please include a check or money order made payable to Jefferson School PTO.
